Easter High Tea

Easter festivities are are the perfect excuse to spend time with family and friends (whilst eating copious amounts of sugary goodness). Planning a High Tea for your family and friends is a great idea, less pressure for you the host and a lovely unforgettable event. Whilst planning your Easter High Tea you would want to consider on your menu light finger-foods, wines and champagne for the adults, chocolate (of course) for everyone! We have put together some ideas to inspire you with some simple tricks!

Decorations and Style

Decorating your high tea could be very minimal with an elegant touch. We set the tone with a green faux grass background, and hung Favor Lane’s “polka dot party banner” to add a little extra detail. For only $15.95.

Cake and cupcake stands play a part in adding to the style and decoration of the high tea table. We recommend picking a colour/ category theme for your table when picking your props.

When it comes to tableware, we stuck to the pastel theme of our table set up. Here is an extensive list of all our supplies:

From Favor Lane

Pastel scalloped paper plates
Pastel paper cups
Pastel paper napkins

From Amscan

Table Scatters in gold, robin blue and pink
Plastic plates with gold trim
Mini chalk board
Tulle in Pink, Robin Blue, white with gold trim

From our local department store
